"Your product is garbage"
Your product is garbage. For me not to be able to transfer tickets NOT SELL to my friend is completely unacceptable. We are going seperately to show and now I will have to wait for them so they can get in.

"Support accessibility is lacking."
Really annoying that its taken me nearly 3 months to finally get ahold of someone. Not sure why my support requests were never answered, most recent being a month ago. Sierra helped somewhat, I have to wait 48-72 hours to receive an actual answer. Super frustrating that I have to pickup my wristbands at will call.
